Trip Introduction

Yala Peak (5,732m)climbing trek in Nepal is most suitable for those who wish to stand on a Himalayan summit but have a limited amount of time available.

It offers the best thrill of adventure trekking and peak climbing in the Langtang region way beyond simply hiking. The Yala peak climb is non-technical. Prior climbing experience is not required however outdoor experience and a reasonably good level of fitness is must.

Checking the gears and exploring the sights and sounds of Kathmandu valley we start our jouney to Yala peak in Langang with a drive to Syburbesi from Kathmandu.

Trekking through dense forest and traditional ethnic settlements via the Lama hotel, Langtang village and Kenjin Gompa, you reach the wonderful base camp of Yala peak. We will also witness the damage done by April 2015 earthquake in Nepal mainly in the Langtang village which totally swift away the whole village.

You will have stunning views of many beautiful mountains – Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) on the Tibetan side.
