Everest Region

The homeland of the Sherpa People. Sherpa people are the one who has owned there name worldwide with pride that; They are the most potential person when it comes to climbing. Their hard work, innocence, and the special capability to acclimatize in the high altitude is birth gifted. This region is totally influenced by Buddhism. As they are native of the neighboring country Tibet. Tenzin Hillary Airport is the main gateway to the Everest Region when we take a flight. Certainly, there are many small passes to enter this region by a hike.

Sagarmatha National Park

Similarly, This region contains Sagarmatha National Park which was established in 1976 AD and declared as World Heritage Site in 1979 AD. This national park has the lowest altitude of 2000m which is at Jiri and the Highest altitude of 8000m which is at the base of world tallest mountain; Mount Everest. Due to the vast difference in altitude in Very small Width Everest Region; provides you vague variety of flora and fauna. This region Forest is dominated by Rhododendron Flower; The National Flower of Nepal, Birch, Silver fir, and Juniper trees.

Furthermore, this region gives you sight to the most endangered; species such as Red Panda, Snow Leopard, and dazzling Pheasants to the lucky ones. Many other animals found in higher altitude are seen on the way. The Himalayan Tahr, The Serow, The Himalayan black bear are the most common ones.

Villages

Since 2001 AD, This region has 13 big villages; (small towns). Every this 13 villages are the famous overnight stay location when it comes to Trekking in this region. These villages are quite developed in Tourism field although they lie at very high altitude and have very poor transportation Facilities. These villages have been providing quality service to the Tourist in this region. The Major 13 villages in this region are; Dingboche, Khumjung, Kunde, Lobuche, Lukla, Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Phortse, Thame, Thamo, Phakding, Monjo, and Pangboche.

Mountains

When it comes to the great white Himalayas; This region has been standing at the no.1 giving a breathtaking view of panoramic view of mountains standing in this region which are one of the most famous mountains in The World. Everest Region is gifted by Worlds Tallest Mountain and World Most beautiful Mountain which is Mt. Everest (8848m) and Mt. Ama Dablam simultaneously. This region is taken as best Destination by the Tourist as it provides a view to the huge gigantic mountain and vague bio-diversities. This region also contains one of the most famous Peak; Which is Island Peak (6,189m/20,305ft). This Region Contains Many Famous Mountains. They are;

Cho Oyu, Lobuche, Cholatse, Taboche, Khumbi Yui Lha, Thamserku, Kangtega, Ama Dablam, Amphu Labtse, Island Peak, Lhotse, Peak 38, Nuptse, Khumbtse, Lingtren, Pumori, and The Mt. Everest.
